The job coach provides employment assistance to ABLE clients - adults with acquired disabilities who desire to return to the workforce. We are looking for someone who helps clients enhance their capabilities and improve their job skills. You will work with a team of clinical professionals who will assist clients in functioning in a workplace.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide career coaching which includes:
a. Conduct career and training profiling, intake interviews and KSA assessments for clients
b. Empower clients to make informed decision towards their trajectory
c. Deliver personalised advisory to clients so to guide them to perform job search opportunities
d. Offer qualitative insights and feedback on client skills and training needs to lead them towards job readiness
e. Provide workplace support for clients, including job shadowing or mentoring
2. Employer outreach and business development
a. Build industry connections with inclusive employers in Singapore
b. Strategize and execute a plan for building and nurturing relationships with employers
3. Develop programmes through collaboration with employers to strengthen the employability of PWDs in creating jobs or job-related assignments e.g. Work trials, Job carving, Job modifications etc
4. Provide timely updates on client progress and services rendered in an in-house shared drive
5. Perform data and trend analysis and offer insights to PWD employment concerns
