About The Role

- Develops, executes and evaluates youth programmes which include mentoring and overseeing mentoring process, social impact programmes, entrepreneurial ventures, school talks and roadshows
- Works closely with Asst. Manager and curriculum specialist to evaluate programme impact and outcome for sustainability and growth
- Recruits, orientates, trains, supervises, guides and evaluates vendors, instructors and volunteers for meaningful engagement
- Makes presentations to general public to raise awareness and garner support youth programmes
- Visits, networks and establishes relevant contacts with school principals and teachers, government agencies and other voluntary welfare organizations, etc. to expand the youth outreach work of the Association
- Supports in communicating the purpose and impact of the Association’s programmes through appropriate media channels
- Ensures that all administration work like maintaining accurate records, information and database related to youth, beneficiaries and volunteers are captured, correct and updated and easily accessible and kept as intellectual properties of the Association
Works actively and collaboratively with Community Services, Volunteer Management and Fund Raising Departments under the Youth, Outreach and Resource Development Division
- Any other additional projects and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

- Degree holder in any discipline, preferably related to Social Sciences
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong ability to make presentations, plan curriculum, host and facilitate face-to-face online talks or workshops

Core Competencies:

- Possess a strong passion in mentoring, coaching, public speaking, training
- Interest in programme development and impact evaluation
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative relationships with stakeholders

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

- Comfortable to explore digital engagement of youths
- Enjoys reaching out to new youth groups or communities
- Proactive and takes initiative, eager to learn
- Good team player, able to manage multiple tasks independently
