Job Incumbent will be responsible for:A. COUNSELLINGProvide individual, family and group counselling for youths to help them understand and manage mental health and, or emotional, social, behavioural or financial issuesManage counselling cases and adopt appropriate interventionProvide consultation to parents and stakeholders where necessaryAttend and respond to crises in a timely and professional mannerUndertake administrative duties relating to counselling e.g. documentation of cases, generating simple statistics of counselling casesParticipate in group clinical supervision and individual supervision sessions by the Programme ManagerB. CONDUCT TRAINING, WORKSHOP Conduct and coordinate talks and workshops for youths and stakeholders i.e. parents and teachers, e.g. psychoeducation workshops for mental health or stress management talksPrepare materials for workshops and talks C. MANAGEMENT OF VOLUNTEER COUNSELLORSFollow up with volunteer counsellors on administrative matters such as logging in case notes, and handling payment receipts of clientsCoordinating between the Programme Manager and volunteer counsellors in terms of following up with casesD. SOCIAL MEDIACreation of social media content to reach out to youth with mental healthEngagement of youth over social media accountsWork with C3 team to handle organisation’s social media account
Masters in Counselling, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Able to work independently with minimal supervisionTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsAble to generate simple statistics using excel and navigate through online platforms like zoom, gmeet, seamlesslyPassionate about youth and mental health
Knowledge about social media and video editing is a bonus
