Job Description

• Involve in management of projects and corporate events as assigned and developing publicity materials for fundraising projects, corporate events and outreach events
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, steward and retain qualified prospects, donors and sponsors
• Develop, motivate and enhance relationships with donors, sponsors, advocates and volunteers to secure major gifts, sponsorships and CSR-related projects
• Work closely with other departments to serve the needs of the beneficiaries in the community by obtaining sponsorships and CSR projects
• Maintain a database of donors, sponsors and CSR projects
• Management of related events and projects
• Other duties as assigned


Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mass Communications or Marketing or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures pertaining to donor management and CSR
• Must be comfortable in dealing with top management of external companies and partnering organizations
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, analytical and organization skills are a must
• Ability to plan, prioritize and multitask to achieve goals with minimum supervision, and a strong team player
• Experienced working in a VWO, NPO or Social Service sector is preferred
