Job PurposeDue to the expansion of our team, we are hiring a Community Partnerships Executive to maintain and develop successful partnerships with corporate and individual supporters through donations, sponsorship, fundraising and events. A significant part of the role is to manage records and data of benefactors and identify and recruit high-value relationships with corporate funders to support events and campaigns.Responsibilities• Review and support the maintenance of the volunteer management SOP • Generate reports for management through Salesforce• To recruit, manage, deploy and evaluate volunteers• Maintain and develop the portfolio of corporate relationships• Design and deliver a communication and contact strategy including fundraising events and annual initiatives • Manage the department budget in line with the business plan and fundraising strategy• Provide strong account management to maximize income for Boys Town• Develop strong pitches, submit grant-related documents and research potential sponsors to target• Communicate partnerships-related briefings and announcements to the organization• Responsible for the deployment and the application of the donor database management• Act as an ambassador representing the organization at external events • Promote and participate actively in all fundraising activities • Any other duties reasonably assigned by the Community Partnerships Deputy Director or Manager
Minimum of a Degree, specialisation of Business, Social Sciences or Arts preferred2 years of relevant experience in the social service sectorUnderstand the relevant policies and procedures to assist volunteer work
