1. To assist the Assistant Director (Community Partnership & Corporate Communication) in any awareness, public relations and communication events and community partnership programmes, including organising these activities and events for the Association.2. To maintain the Association's database for sponsors, donors and supporters and ensure the security and integrity of all databases at all times.3. To ensure fundraising activities and events comply with prevailing regulatory requirements.4. To attend and record minutes of meetings when necessary and provide monthly progress reports on the department's projects or activities.5. To attend to general enquiries and feedback received from the community on the Association's services and programmes.6. To oversee or represent the Association in internal and external donor relation events and activities, sponsorships, community partnership and corporate communications events, in the absence of the Assistant Director or as and when required.7. To assist the Assistant Director in the publication of DSA News and DSA Website including collaterals, publications (e.g. Annual Report, DSA Updates and website contents) and any other work related to public relations, corporate communication and donor management for the Association.8. To maintain weekly update of calendar of activities and events.
Degree/Diploma in Mass Communications, Events Management or Public Relations holder with keen interest in community work.
Strong planning and coordinating skills on projects and programmes.Enthusiastic and energetic person with excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in the field of Public Relations and/or Fundraising preferred.
