1. Responsible for client management at both onsite and offsite locations.2. Assign work to clients and supervise them in carrying out the contract work.3. Ensure productivity, quality and timeliness in the delivery of contract work, as well as compliance with the rules and regulations at the workplaces.4. Conduct training in work skills development and monitor progress of clients in meeting customer requirements.5. Develop, maintain and update Individual training plan, training and assessment records of clients.6. Manage client incidents during the course of training or work and report them when the need arise.7. Provide clients with job coaching and transport management.8. Help to ensure timely payment of remuneration to clients by employers providing contract work.9. Responsible for all matters pertaining to client management and administration.10. Attend and contribute regularly to staff meetings.11. Any other duties as assigned by the Programme Head as and when necessary.
