• Conducts group activities for carers and or persons with dementia.• Engage with various stakeholders to ensure smooth running of programme.• Support outreach events such as webinars. • Explore new avenues of collaboration with community partners and stakeholders. • Provide basic case management for caregivers of persons with dementia. • Ensure proper documentation of client follow up.• Update statistical data on timely manner for reporting to funder. • Any other duties as and when assigned.
• Diploma in psychology, social work, community development or relevant discipline, with min 2 yrs of experience in community engagement work.• Prior experience in working with persons with dementia or carers is an added advantage.• Ability to work on Saturdays.
