You are to develop and execute the Association’s communication plan to to deliver high quality and strategic content to engage stakeholders; to build brand awareness, and to raise the public profile of the Association as a leading eldercare agency in the social services sector. •To develop communication strategies and channels to effectively disseminate specific programme successes and opportunities internally and externally. •Prepare the Association’s annual communications plan to chart strategic communications initiatives for all its stakeholders. •Build and maintain media relationships through close working relationship with various media representatives on various news stories as well as collaborative projects on a regular basis•Spearhead public outreach efforts to raise the Association’s public profile (i.e. print, radio, social media)•Oversee the development and publication of the Association’s corporate publicity materials, newsletter, collaterals and web presence (i.e. social media)•Oversee the development of staff in the department to instill a coaching culture that would lead to high performance.
Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing At least 3 years of editorial experience or in content production for publications, managing the media Working knowledge of social media toolsProficient in Microsoft Excel Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)Strong interpersonal and communication skills
