About The Role

The trainee's role will include Programme & Volunteer Management, Programme Administration & Operations and Partnership Management.

Programme & Volunteer Management:
- Review training curriculum for volunteer trainer programme updates
- Maintain engagement with key stakeholders and volunteers
- Plan and organise volunteer engagement events
- Carry out endorsed programmes, collect data, analyse results, monitor trends of community responses to programmes
- Organising work meetings with Programme Chairperson, committees, and reporting manager

Programme Administration & Operation
- Manage volunteer training logistics and administration such as scheduling, room booking and event postings
- Collect and analyse programme evaluation and feedback for improvement to future sessions
- Maintain proper administrative records for monthly progress update
- Work with communications team for publicity of programmes
- Support volunteer trainers for course materials, room setup, co-ordinate technical setup to ensure smooth logistics and training delivery.
- Provide operation support to volunteers for registration and customer service escalation incidence.

Partnership Management
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Manage volunteer resources – recruit, develop and match volunteers to the programmes based on requirements, volunteers’ interests, and expertise
- Monitor, evaluate and submit reports to funders and partners

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

• Diploma or University degree
• Proficient in Microsoft office skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Possess strong planning and organisational skills
• Possess strong analytical skills
• A team player
