The Infant Jesus Homes and Children’s Centres (IJHCC) is a registered charitable organisation with IPC status. We are endorsed by the Catholic Archdiocese of Singapore, a member organisation of Caritas Singapore (CSCC) and National Council of Social Services (NCSS).

IJHCC serves children and youth from diverse racial groups and religions. A caring and supportive environment, conducive to balanced growth and personal formation are paramount in helping the children and youth grow in motivation, maturity and confidence, to become positive, independent, and responsible adults in the future.

In addition, we continue to serve the few elderly ladies who have been with IJHCC for many years.

About The Role

The Programmes Planning Manager (PPM) primarily assists the General Manager in
overseeing, planning, facilitating and co-ordinating all programmes and operations
to ensure smooth and efficient running of the Centres, according to policies and standards.

The PPM participates in the development and evaluation of strategic and operating plans as
agreed and approved by the Management Committee. He or She will be responsible to set and
monitor Goals and KPIs for all Departments, evaluate the status of all programmes and execute
timely corrective measures for improvements (where applicable) with respective Managers in
order to ensure overall objectives are achieved. To justify and co-ordinate further budget (if
necessary), to promote awareness of any new programmes and to report timely (to General
Manager or Management Committee) with planned corrective action, if any programme is not
reaching target group or set KPIs.
