1. Marketing and Communication

• Develop strategies and operationalize plans to market the Charity services and volunteering opportunities to community and corporate partners
• Provide editorial support for corporate communication, collaterals and materials in English and Mandarin (Proficiency in Written and Verbal)
• Update and maintain content of Charity website and social media platforms (experience with hands on running Social Media and Digital Marketing)
• Preferably able to demonstrate proficiency in Business writing and presentation

2. Volunteer Engagement

• Volunteer recruitment, coordination and outreach (include interviewing, screening and matching)
• Create, maintain, and update the volunteer database and records
• Develop and manage policies, procedures and standards for volunteers
• Create volunteer management materials namely volunteer applications and agreements
• Work with the Charity eldercare team to roster and organize volunteers for activities
• Plan for volunteer recognition, retention and replacement
• Handle all volunteer management related administrative work

3. Fund-Raising

• Devise and execute fund raising strategies and plan for the Charity
• Create, maintain, and update the donor database and records
• Cultivate new donors, engage and enhance and build long-term relationship with donors
• Proactive in exploring and establishing new donation channels

• Any other tasks assigned by the Executive Director
