- Conduct enrolment and needs assessment of service users.- Oversee case management and ICP of service users.- Render counselling and support to service users.- Develop and implement eldercare and active aging programmes and services.- Integrate multi-cultural context considerations into service approach.- Evaluate and report programme and service outcomes using measurable metrics.- Review and ensure compliance to organisation’s Eldercare Services Policies and SOPs.- Ensure adherence to service model governance and compliance guidelines as stipulated by the relevant regulatory bodies.- Compile and submit relevant reports and updates for regulators and grantmakers.- Coordinate statutory audits for Eldercare Services with Finance Department and external auditors.- Oversee operations of Eldercare Centre.- Oversee management of Community Eldercare Services such as Neighbour Care and Befriending.- Supervise and mentor Eldercare Centre staff in programme operations and service delivery.- Ensure facilities of Eldercare Centre and Community Eldercare Services are fit and safe for use.- Coordinate with Volunteer Management team on deployment and development of volunteers for Eldercare Services.
- Singapore-registered Social Worker, Counsellor, Clinical Psychologist, or Nurse.- 5 to 7 years of full-time eldercare work experience in a non-profit setting.- A good post-graduate qualification in Gerontology, Geriatric Nursing, or Geriatric Psychology.
- A passion to make an empowering impact in the lives of the less privileged.- Good critical thinking and objective analysis ability- Strong belief in upholding good governance and ethics.
- Ability to converse in one or more local languages or dialects, aside from English.- A sound working understanding of PDPA and Personal Privacy principles.- Familiar with conducting groupwork sessions.- A good working relationship with the respective eldercare regulators such as AIC.
