About The Role

To work closely with the Senior Management, HR Committee and HR Team to review the current state of the compensation and benefits system of the organisation, match it to the market and recommend the changes required to transform the organisation to be an employer of choice for the talents of today. To understand the direction of the organisation and its culture to create a performance appraisal system and process for the same purpose.


You will assist to oversee the monthly payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payout and compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations.
Support the current processes of compensation and benefits, government grants and the necessary statutory submissions.
Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Recommend the changes required to transform the organisation to be an employer of choice for the talents of today.
You will also assist the HR Department Head in assigned operational duties.
You will work closely with Division and Department heads of assigned business unit to provide HR support.
Support the business partnering team in smooth onboarding of new hires, resolution of payroll and benefits issues and facilitating employee exits, in accordance with regulatory requirements and organization policies.
Be part of the team to implement the approved changes
Participate in cross-functional projects and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:

- Be part of the team to conceptualise and narrate the organisational culture and strategic directions to the wider organisation.
- Review the market environment against the organisation’s current state for competitiveness and relevance.

Core Competencies:

- Review the current state of our compensation and benefits system, performance appraisal system and HR System.
- Review, recommend and implementing new initiatives to streamline HR processes for continuous improvement by leveraging on new technology and HR System

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

-Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
-Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in any sector.
-Strong research, process-thinking and analytical skills
-Ability to manage change with all levels of employees
-Good interpersonal skills to engage multiple stakeholders
