This position reports to the Manager and interfaces with colleagues of Epworth Literacy, and HR staff of Epworth Community Services. Epworth Community Services is committed to an employee-orientated, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment through mentorship programme, quality services, and continuous improvement.1. Lesson planning and recordkeeping of lesson plans and progress checklist of clients2. Providing specialist behavioural intervention and evaluation to clients 3. Safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting of self, clients and colleagues, including adhering to safety measures4. Maintain close collaboration and communication with clients and recordkeeping in the communication log sheet
1. Planning and executing literacy lessons applying the MLE principles2. Effective management student behaviour for effective learning3. Effective communication with parents and in psychoeducating parents during parenting sessions.
1. Good knowledge of the various specific learning differences seen in children, such as Attention Defiicit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability etc.2. Good knowledge and understanding of Mediate Learning Experiemce Approach
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid career individuals (mature and non mature).Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree and Above . Mid career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
