General• Understand, imbibe and promote C3 mission, vision and valuesJob Description (Programme specific) • The incumbent is to provide social work support through the allocated sessions.• Potentially work closely with key personnel from secondary schools to take on students of different profile and needs• Potentially work closely with key personnel from families of students during house visitations• Able to engage clients on a 1-1 or group basisResponsibilities • To engage and arrange for visits within or outside school with school-selected youths within ages 13-18.• Conduct needs and risk assessments• Case work and provide social reports or necessary documents • Arrange and attend regular house visits • To work and communicate with other team members• Any other duties as required by the organisationPlease note that we have part time and full time positions available.
Ability to engage youthFacilitation skills in group workAdministrative skills (Documentation)Ideally First Aid Trained and Certified
