1. To provide high quality of daily training, supervision and ensures the well-being of persons with Down syndrome.2. Required to work in either morning or evening shifts.3. To supervise, expose and train clients in area of independent living skills, leisure and recreational and career advancement and to monitor their progress.4. To plan, monitor and review the Person Centred Plan under their care.5. To ensure that clients keep their living environment and laundry clean and tidy.6. To assist in family work under the supervision of Lifestyle Coordinator.7. To coordinate in one or more of the following areas for clients in the programme: Team Building, Medical and Health, Volunteer, Arts, Performing arts, Sports, events and activities.8. Reports to Assistant Director (Services) and Executive Director.
NITEC in Community Care & Social Services, Diploma in Disability discipline, GCE "N" level or equivalent.Technically skilled and competent.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.Good computer literacy skills advantageous.
Social service industry background advantageous.
