Volunteer Management• Develop, review and implement strategies to attract individuals and corporate organisations to volunteer with Yayasan MENDAKI.• Manage the team in the management of volunteers including the recruitment, training, engaging, deployment and reward of volunteers.• Support the Head of Department (HOD) to oversee the development and implementation of the Volunteers Development Framework to better manage volunteers and reward them.Awards Management• Manage the team in the administration of awards (scholarships and bursaries). This includes publicising the awards and organising the interview sessions for the selection of the recipients and coordinating with Finance Department to ensure proper and timely disbursement of the awards.• Conduct periodic review of the organisation’s awards to ensure relevancy and refresh award programmes where necessary.• Network with potential and existing partners (i.e. volunteers and donors) for collaboration on the provision of community resources as well as the delivery of programmes.Team Leadership and Management• Develop and implement the department workplans and achieve the targets set including budget requirements and setting and cascading of departmental goals to individual staff goals and outcomes.• Ensure proper and effective utilisation of department resources including budget.For more information, please visit the Careers section on our official website at www.mendaki.org.sg.
